Moen Shower head

Our water pressure in our shower head has dropped dramtically because of a water restrictor. Is there a way of increasing the water pressure within the MOEN shower head? When we took it off the pipe, we noticed a build up of debris, is there a way of taking the shower head a part to clean? Thank you for your help!
