 Mike, I like copper because it is strong at the joints. Angle stops can be replaced using a ferrule puller with copper. Many plumbers, used to copper, feel safe with copper. However, in some conditions, I would prefer the CPVC. In the Seattle area, with Seattle PUD water, copper has been working fine.
