There's several places you can try. It depends on what type 0of fixtures you want. Try the Seattle Waste Management District for recyclables that they will let the public access. Try the Waste hauler that picks up your trach, and ask if they know where the recyclables are stored, and when you can look at them. Try the Second hand stores in old town and ask where they recommend getting the recycled fixtures. Call Terry Love Plumbing and ask where they dispose of used fixtures and how much they'll sell you recyclable fixtures. Call Dales Plumbing also.
