I have a MOEN faucet installed in my bathroom. It's looked very similar to 2253+H105P MOEN model.

I like to replace this set of faucet with something nicer, but don't know how to remove the spout. I checked
and cannot find any screw on the spout. I tried to turn the spout to uncrew but just cannot do it.

Please advice on how to remove it.

One more question, the currrent faucet seems to leak in the wall and thru the floor, what should I do to
correct it beside replace with a new faucet.
