Yes, in fact 45 p.s.i. is almost too low for proper operation and sufficient water flow in the plumbing system. : My r/o system is not working properly and I have read that in order to operate properly, the water pressure should be at least 60 psi. Looking at the gauges on my softening system I read 40-45 psi. Can I adjust to 60 psi without any negative effects to the softener system?
