|In response to Re: Crane Tank Break|
This is a fairly common, if infrequent problem. It is caused by overtightening the bolts, or tension caused by corrosion of the metal parts. It is not a manufacturing defect and I do not know of any settlement.
: Hello Terry!
: Our Crane toilet tank broke in the middle of the night and flooded our basement. Is there a legal action being taken by a group of consumers for compensation? I was told there was but I don't know where to look for information on this. Thanks for any information you can provide.
