Great site! I just bought a 25 year old house. In the bathroom, the tub drains SLOW, the toilet flushes SLOW
and the sink gulps as it drains. These three fixtures are attached to the same drain branch. I'm not
sure about their vent(s). The drain in the kitchen works fine (it is on a different banch). Is there an
obvious single cause for this, or will I have to deal with smaller coincidental problems?
