Dan:...The best thing for disolving grout is a material sold as CLR or Lime-a-way. It may take a while, but it will in time disolve the material in your tub trap if it is ceramic tile grout. The only problem with your case is that you have alredy put some drain cleaner in the drain. Mixing chemicals can create some pretty toxic gasses, so excersize good judgement as far as adequate ventilation and the possibility of a violent reaction between chemicals. The process of dissolution may take a while to do its' magic so be patient....and careful...Lots of luck...Bud.
