Terry - Thank you very much for responding to my message. The fill valve and the flapper were replaced about 8 months ago, so I don't think that that is the cause of the roaring and groaning type noises. Also, the noises occur even when the toliet has not been flushed. Should I just have the pressure reducing vale checked; any other suggestions? Again, thanks very much.
