Change the switch the fan's on to a 30 minute timer switch, then get in the habit of cranking the switch to full time when you leave the bathroom. Normal size fans can't get all the moisture out while the shower's on, and need at least 15-20 minutes run time afterward to clear the room. You can get timers in this (or several other time periods) at an electrical supply house, you usually can't find many (if any) at "home centers".
