took your advice and checked the p-traps and found nothing out of the abnormal. have you ever heard of the city doing a back flush of the cities sewage system?, if so, is there some type of device we can install in the sewer line to prevent backflush or sewer water coming back up through the sewer line causing the toilets to flood with fresh water?
: Self flooding toilet? If the toilets are clear, have you checked items like the p-traps under the lav? Perhaps a rain drain problem, water coming down the vent pipe through the roof?
