I am going to replace my Rheem 40 gallon gas water heater and was wandering about which model would
be best for me. I have a 2 story house 2 1/2 bathrooms. The house is 2300 square feet. Also, My old
water heater has that insulated covering around it. The water heater is in my house in the utility room,
is it neccessary to have it insulated? Thankyou,
