an insurance adjuster said our shower pan is leaking. he plugged the drain and let the water fill the bottom of the shower. after a bit, water could be seen leaking in several places around the bottom of the shower stall. a friend,who is a plumber, said it could be leaking from cracked grout and broken tiles and just to seal the tiles and regrout. i'm worried this could be a temporary patch and result in more damage. how can i be sure?
