Dale...galvanized pipe is what they use here. Talked to plumber..said 3/4" is what he would use..

and the only part I want to do is run the pipe..then I'll have plumber come and do the pressure test on it so metro can observe the pressure and tag it for the gas company to hang meter. Gas company told me to run the pipe 18" to the right of the supply pipe so when they hang the meter the hookup will be correct.
what do you think?
