: Dan, It's strange for a new house to have a sewer problem or a venting problem but those are the two things i would check first. do you have vent stacks out the roof?Dale

Thanks for your response. I do not know if I have vent stacks on
the roof. I will see if I can check that. I wouldn't think
it'd be a venting problem only because it would have happened before
now, right? Could it be something blocking the vent? If so, how could
I check that?
