The ISE 17 is a very strong machine. Three-quarter HP, plus auto-reversing. If you can turn the allen wrench freely both ways, and the red re-set button is pushed in, there must be a malfunction in the machine. Otherwise it should be running. When the allen wrench is turned, has anyone confirmed that the grinders are also turning in the grinding chamber? : unit only makes a humming sound. turns freely using allen wrench. nothing visibly lodged in unit. : is there something stuck in the "guts"? Loose wire? any way to avoid a plumber bill? I have limited tools - expertise.\ : any suggestions appreciated...thanks
