Depending on the local codes in your area, you may want to use either CPVC pipe and fittings or some of the PEX type pipes.

The CPVC , uses glue to join the fittings, can be bought at some local hardwares, the PEX piping, some come with fittings that use either compression or crimp on, will most likely need to be purchased from a Plumbing supply.
