I have access to replace my old galvinized pipes. But in a 100 year old house nothing is easy. Plastic pipe supply lines are new to Wisconsin codes. All I can find locally are polybutyline coils. No one at Home Depot or Menards seems to know much about the fittings. And it seems like there are several better alternatives to the PB.
Is there a quality pipe? Cost is probably not much of a factor, if it allows me to do it myself it will be a bargain. If so where can I get the pipe and fittings from? Is there a source on the net?
Any help is appreciated, Thanks, John Griffin
