If you do not exceed their flow rates for the temperature of the water coming in and the desired water temperature, and if the gas supply is adequate, and if the vent is at least 5", then yes they work properly.
: I am considering replacing my standard water heater with a "tankless" water heater due to space problems. Do they work as advertised?
