Tools required: 3/8 wrench; small empty cup

Find the fuel pump. with a 3/8 wrench, loosen the valve which should be located on the underside. DO NOT try to remove.

Press the Reset button once. When the unit starts, air will will out followed by fuel. Once fuel starts coming out, tighten up the valve.

NOTE: Newer furnaces will not reset after the reset button has been depressed more than once. This is a safety precaution to avoid too much fuel from being sent to the chamber when ignition fails. If YOU ARE SURE THAT THE PROBLEM IS THAT YOU RAN OUT OF FUEL (Common), then pressing and holding the Reset button for 30 seconds, will let the computer inside reset from its Safety mode and once again attempt to start the burner.
