New Bathroom

we would like to build our own shower stall in a very small bathroom. I plan to use a 2x4 frame and shower board. Where I am stumped is how to lay the flooring for the shower. I need to go cheap as the budget is limited. What do you recommend...Concrete, tile more shower board. Something easy!
