3-valve Price Pfister shower problem

My bathroom was recently remodeled. I had the tub faucet replaced. The water coming from the tub spout flows just fine. The problem is when I turn the shower on the water flow from the shower is very minimal and the water flow from the tub spout is as strong as when I first turned it on. Can you help me with this problem?
