Re: polybutylene lawsuit i would like to know if anyone can help me also. i live in a condo an they uses this kind of pipe. the people next to me had a pipe bust last year. this week the people behind me had a pipe bust an i got flooded out. it ran through the wall an flooded all of my down stairs. what can i do . can i sue to have my pipes repalced before it happens again. next time i could be my pipes. i have a water will that is almos 200.00 so i thought i had a leak an i had a plumper come out but he said he couldn't find anything. so i feel like i am sitting on a time bomb. if you can help me at all please email me with what you have learned. thanks
