Take my advice... in 15 years time you will have spent much more money repairing leak after leak. and spending a grand or two or more on a repipe will save you money (and possible disaster) in the long run. Trust me, that qest pipe is the worst pipe ever made, and can just blow at any time. Get your house repiped with either Pex (which is similar to qeat, but is good good quality) or copper. Dont get pvc or cpvc... pex or copper -licensed plumber in nc
