In our neighborhood we have had several cases of prv's failing causing 170 psi into the plumbing system. I've been told that dirt in the water can cause them to fail.I'm on my 3rd one in 13 years. I'm using a Watts 24AUB as that is what they sell in the Atlanta GA area. Any ideas ou there?
