I have a first floor bathroom I'd like to demolish and install a new one on the second floor, almost immediately above the existing location. I'd appreciate comments on costs expected and how much of this work a homeowner could complete themselves. I can do all of the required carpentry and installation of the fixtures, as well as some limited plumbing.
