Hi Jane, in regards to the idiot that asked where do you live, in an igloo in Alaska, I too could not find a repair kit, I live in a major city with a Home Depot and several other large hardwares stores. I finally found one in a small local mom & pop hardware store. Tell hj to go and stuff it. Bob
