Mark:-- The easiest method would be to insert a piece of PVC pipe in the form boards that will be used to make the walls for your basement. Be sure it is below the frost line if you live in a colder section of the country, and make it large enough to allow for some insulation on the piping, as well as some means to prevent water entry into the basement.
