So here it is January 5th, our anniversery, and I'm drawing a bath for my wife when we lose water pressure. Since we have a pump house down by our lake and it is prone to freezing I go down to investigate to find the the pump is running and the heater hasn'tgien out again. I can prime the pump and it will begin to pump wate. Then,loose pressure and just run. Not being a plumber, but having to deal with this every couple of years it seems, my thoughts were that teh impeller was shot. Anyone with any helpful thoughts?
