I have a 2 room mountain cabin (w/ bathroom) that I go to every weekend. What would be a minimum temp to set the thermostat on to help prevent pipe freezing when I leave for the week? It's in the teens up there lately and I worry about this. Also, could I consider anti-freeze in the P traps or is that just a long term product? Would antifreeze affect the septic system? Thanks! |
