My only bathroom is upstairs . Over the past couple years flushing the toilet has become a problem...to the point of it finally not flushing at all. I have to plunge it to work. If I'm not careful it will even overflow...I've had several experiences with this and now I have toilet water leaking from cieling occasionally. Sometimes my bathtub causes leaking as well. Can you advise me as far as what may need to be done? I don't want to be taken advantage of by an expert.
