If you have PEX, then you do not have to be concerned about PB or its manufacturer. It is not installed with a manifold system, that was a PB invention. The buyer is protected by the UCC codes, unless there is something like the PB class action settlement to change it. : I have discovered that my new home is plumbed with pex tubing. : I understand that pex is better than pb.? : Is there code that says you should have a manifold system?
