My toilet leaks sometimes after it's flushed, on the underside of the tank by the refil valve. To stop the leaking, I've had to tighten the water shut-off valve to the tank. I loosen it everytime after flushing so the tank can fill up. Do I need to replace the refill valve, or does it sound more like a rusted bolt on the underside of the tank? Thanks
