I need to replace a garbage disposal in a rental property apartment. I'm not concerned with getting the quietest, best model, I just want one that is going to last for several years thru tenant to tenant use. I'm wondering what the average life-span is and if I need a 5 year warranty or can get by with a less expensive model that carries a 1 or 2 year warranty. Any suggestions and tips?
