They are no less stable than any other tub. The are just a regular 14" deep tub with a higher apron to raise the bottom 2 or 3" above the floor. : Would anyone recommend an above floor bathtub for basement applications? Are these tubs less stable? : Should I just go ahead and cut the concrete around the tub drain rough-in and install a regular tub? : Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
