: : : Todd:--How are you going to attatch that flange to the closet bend? Once you get that worked out and you wish to fasten it down, try using lead shields and stainless steel lag bolts. .Lot of luck Bud...

There is a type of flange available that secures around the cast iron or plastic pipe in the concrete. Since the pipe is embedded in concrete,
it stays very secure.
