installing ceramic towel bar

I am probably really dumb asking this question, but here goes. I have purchased a ceramic towel bar and toilet paper holder. It came without hardware. It has a 3/4 inch holes in the back. How does one attach these to a painted drywall, just painted and no clue were the studs are.

I would be greatful if you could guide me in this.
