Sometimes small things get caught between the rotor and the side of the chamber. I have even pulled out the little white clips that come with bread bags. You will notice on the bottom of the unit, an Allen fitting in the center that will receive an Allen wrench, to turn the main rotor. You may be able to free the unit this way.
