| In response to Re: new plumbing to old plumbing - I am installing a new kitchen and want to replace the drain to the old cast with PVC | |

: : Start from lowest point of connection that you can and replace all piping, using pvc, noise may be a ploblem when you drain your fixture. if this a concern I would install cast iron have a 100 year old house...my bathroom plumbing on the second floor has a cast iron main and copper feeds from the drains going into it, and they all leak. I want to repipe the entire bathroom... How do I connect pvc to cast iron?
