|In response to Re: Solenoid valve to turn on and shut off 1/2" water line?|
I am trying to find an electrical solenoid valve to be attached to 110 V. electrical outlet and to be attached to the incoming water into the house 1/2 copper pipe. The valve is to controlled by
wireless remote water sensor that can be placed anywhere. i.e. bathrooms, under the conter sink and basements that in the events of plumbing malfunctions before a flood can happen, the solenoid valve will turn the water off from the signal of the wireless remote water senser. Is there such a gadget on the market, do you carry it. I understand that something similar exists and is used on hot water tank that automatically cut-off water and turn off the gas in the event of a problem with the tank.
