Remove the toilet to the outdoors and look inside the lower portion of the toilet, where the waste comes out. Sometimes things like combs, toys, and small bottles will lodge in there and prevent it from working like it should. If this is the case, you can remove the offending little critters and reinstall the toilet. But Wait! There's more! Do you want to put that old toilet back anyway? Is this your chance to install a really fine elongated toilet that will make all the men in your house as happy as when they put the lid down for you? Check it out!
