The reason that some companies decide to put CPVC over copper is that it won't corode and or contaminate the water. CPVC will last longer. Over all is better solution than copper. Plastic are not harm by hot soil or heavy metals in the water supply.
: Why some reputable builders use CPVC vs copper? Is it because of cost? How effective is CPVC interms of longivity, sciece and resale of a home?
