: The Moen Posi-Temp valve requires even pressure on both the hot and cold. If either one is slightly plugged, there will be little pressure. Sometimes the plug is in the cartridge itself. It doesn't sound like it in this case, since it "has" been replaced. You may be able to remove the cartridge (water off) and blow with compressed air through the valve fittings. Perhaps there is some loose crud in the pipes. How old is the home, galv pipes anywhere?
