I would have to say you would be better off with the flirt. The infinity is a nice tub but where comfort with 2 people is concerned, the flirt is going to be the better of the 2 models. Another option is the Maax Kashmir. We have all 3 in our showroom and I must say the Kashmir is the most well thought out, comfortable whirlpool I've ever sat in. As far as water consumption, any 30 or 40 gallon water heater should handle the job. An inline heater insures you don't have to keep adding water to keep the proper temperature.
