I have a Sears Kenmore water softner 30 gal model #625.3483002 it is making a ticking sound and yet no function comes from unit. I can see and hear the motor and cam turn but it does not cycle or use water or cleanse water...is there any help you can give me as to where to look for problem. Thank you Don
