I have a Sear*s Kenmore water softner 30 gal model # 625.3483002the cam and motor turn but it has developed a ticking sound and no function comes from it now. It stopped using salt I checked for brige over and none found. this ticking sound is new. Is there something you can tell me where to start looking for problem and how to slove. Thank you Don
