I would buy a book or video that covers this. But in a nutshell...You only need hot going in. The waste water goes into the disposal(hope you have one). Then you need a seperate electric circuit just for the dishwasher. I know Sears sells conversion kits for "rolling to built" in projects. I have put in a couple, it ain't hard if you are handy.
