Not enough water pressure in the bath.

First of all, I now live in an apartment complex, so I limited to what I can do. My problem is that the
kitchen has decent water pressure, but the bathtub and shower head don't have enough water pressure.
It is driving me nuts. Also the kitchen sink and bathroom sink do not drain very well.
Are there any solutions for me. Obviously I can't tear out any tubs or pipes behind the walls. So is there
something I can do to get more water pressure? Maybe a value on the hot water heater that will
allow more water flow? Or could I replace the shower head and/or water knob for more pressure? Any
ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
