Well, Jon, you got me. I've never heard of weep holes for tile. There are weep holes at the base of the drain in a ceramic tile shower floor, and there are weep holes at the bottom of a brick veneer wall, but in the bath tub -- the tile tub surround? Someone is pulling your leg.
