I have a new well 110 ft deep (pump setting will be 100 ft) with a straight 100 ft horizontal run from well head to pressure tank with a 30/50 pressure switch. The well produces 10 GPM. My question is will a 1/2 HP 10 GPM submersible pump satisfy the cut-off on the pressure switch or should I use a 3/4 HP or 1 HP pump instead.
